All Aflutter with Eyelet Blooms

Hi friends.  Today I’m sharing a fun birthday card featuring the All Aflutter bundle, combined with the Eyelet Blooms die, one of the recent Product of the Month offerings.  If you have this die but haven’t used it yet, or are having trouble with it, try flipping it over, the the cutting edge is facing up, with the cardstock is on top.  Run it through twice (remember to switch your cutting plates around if you keep one ‘clean’ as your top plate!), then use your die brush (one of the Take Your Pick tool attachments) to get all the little pieces out.  Finally, be gentle when removing it from the die!

I’ve used two of the new In Colors for this card – Peaceful Pine and Barely Blush. The layout for this card is super simple as the Eyelet Blooms die adds lots of detail and interest to the card front.  The sentiment is from the Exciting Times stamp set and is heat embossed to add some extra texture and shine.
