I absolutely love the Penguin Place stamp set from the Jul-Dec Mini Catalogue, plus the coordinating Penguin Playmates DSP from the current Sale-A-Bration offering. So today I have another card (or three!) made using this stamp set and the coordinating DSP. This card uses the floating strips technique, which uses acetate to give the appearance of the DSP “floating” above the card. This is a really easy but effective technique and is great for using up your scraps of cardstock and DSP.
I made three cards using the same technique, two with diagonal strips, one with horizontal strips. This is a quick and easy card, all that is required is stamps, ink, paper and acetate!
