Woodland Wishes Card

Hi friends!

Today I’m sharing the final project from this week’s Woodland Wishes Online Class to Go, and this time I wanted to use as many of the cute little woodland images as I could.

Instead of creating one large scene, I divided the design into four smaller panels. Each panel becomes its own little scene, which is a great way to use lots of stamps together without the card becoming too busy.

I used the deer, bear, fox and hedgehog, then added birds, stars, holly and greenery to fill some of the spaces and give each section a little extra detail.

The sentiment is stamped in Real Red and runs across the centre of the card, separating the four panels and providing a nice pop of colour.

I used the Winter Dreams Specialty Paper, the dark background helps the white panels really stand out. Then just a few embellishments to finish it off.

One of the things I like about this layout is how easily you could change it. Use different animals in each panel, change the little background details, or create four completely different miniature scenes.
