Scenic Adventures with ink blending

Welcome! Today, I’m sharing a fun and easy handmade card using the Scenic Adventure bundle combined with ink blending.

This card features a warm Cajun Craze background that sets the tone for a heartfelt message. Check out the video (link below) where I show the process of creating the background using ink blending, to add depth and interest. There are no complicated techniques or folds required for this card, just a simple, attractive design. The Scenic Adventure bundle provides versatile images and sentiments that fit perfectly with this theme.

Ink blending is used to create a lovely gradient background over which the scenic elements are then stamped.  Additional elements are die-cut from coordinating cardstock, assembled, and finished with a heartfelt friendship sentiment.  Full supply list, video tutorial, and detailed class info are available further down this post.
